Parmesan Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless pork chops (¾–1 inch thick)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (Panko or regular)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- Cooking spray or a little extra oil for greasing
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- Mix the coating:
In a shallow bowl, combine:- Parmesan cheese
- Breadcrumbs
