Ingredients:
● 12 oz rotini pasta
● 1 lb ground beef
● 1 tablespoon olive oil
● 4 cloves garlic, minced
● 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
● 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
● 1/2 teaspoon paprika
● 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
● 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
● 2 cups beef broth
● 1 cup heavy cream
● 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
● 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
● Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
I. In a large skillet or deep pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain excess fat if needed.
II. Add the minced garlic, butter, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the beef. Stir and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
III. Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Stir to combine and bring the mixture to a light boil.
IV. Add the uncooked rotini pasta. Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for about 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked and the sauce thickens.
V. Stir in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese until fully melted and creamy.
VI. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm, straight from the skillet!
