Layered Fruit Salad Trifle 

 Ingredients:

 Pineapple chunks

 Red grapes

 Blueberries

 Strawberries (halved)

 Mandarin orange segments

 Kiwis (peeled & sliced)

 Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Optional Glaze (

 Extra Shine):

2 tbsp orange juice 

1 tbsp honey 

1/2 tsp lemon zest 

 Instructions:

 Prep the Fruits
Wash all fruits. Peel, slice, or cube as needed.

 Layer the Trifle
In a large glass bowl or trifle dish, layer the fruits in this order:

 Pineapple

 Blueberries

 Grapes

 Strawberries

 Mandarins

 Kiwi slices around the edges

 Make the Glaze (Optional)
Mix orange juice, honey, and lemon zest. Drizzle lightly over the fruit for flavor and shine.

 Garnish
Add fresh mint leaves on top for a burst of freshness and color.

 Chill & Serve
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy cold!
