
Fruit Platter
1 cup red seedless grapes
1 cup green seedless grapes
1 cup fresh strawberries, halved
1 cup blueberries
1 cup blackberries
2 ripe pears, sliced into thin wedges
2 oranges, peeled and sliced into rounds
1 grapefruit, peeled and segmented
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup fresh pomegranate seeds (optional)
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
Juice of 1 lemon
Directions:
Wash and dry all fruit carefully.
Peel and slice the oranges and grapefruit into thin rounds or segments.
Slice pears into thin wedges and kiwi into discs.
Arrange citrus slices on a large round or oval platter as the base.
Add bunches of grapes on each end for fullness.
Place berries in small clusters throughout the platter.
Fan the sliced pears diagonally through the center.
Sprinkle pomegranate seeds and mint leaves over the entire arrangement.
Drizzle lightly with honey and a squeeze of lemon juice, if desired.
Chill for 10–15 minutes or serve immediately for the freshest taste.
