 Chicken Avocado Salad Recipe
Ingredients:

2 cooked chicken breasts, cubed or shredded

1 ripe avocado, diced 

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 

½ red onion, thinly sliced 

1–2 cups chopped romaine or mixed greens 

¼ cup fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped 

Salt & pepper to taste

Juice of 1 lime or lemon 

2 tbsp olive oil

Optional add-ins: cucumber slices 

, feta cheese, olives

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and greens.

Drizzle with olive oil and fresh lime or lemon juice.

Season with salt and pepper, then toss gently to combine.

Top with fresh herbs and serve immediately!
