Cheesy Pepperoni & Mozzarella Stromboli

Ingredients:
1 sheet pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup sliced pepperoni
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
Optional: marinara sauce for dipping

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out dough into a rectangle. Layer mozzarella and pepperoni evenly over dough, leaving edges clear.

Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, then roll tightly into a log and pinch the seam closed.

Place seam-side down on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and cut small slits on top.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
