For the Main Bake:

Chicken drumsticks 

Potatoes 

 (cubed)

Bell peppers 

 (red and green, chopped)

Onion 

 (sliced)

Smoked paprika

Italian seasoning 

Chili flakes (optional) 

Salt & black pepper

 Instructions
Preheat the oven. Toss potatoes, peppers, onion, and garlic with olive oil and spices, spreading them evenly in a baking dish. Season chicken drumsticks with paprika, herbs, salt, and pepper, then arrange them on top of the vegetables. Roast uncovered until the chicken is golden and cooked through, and the potatoes are tender and infused with smoky flavor. Serve hot with pan juices spooned over the top.

 Notes & Variations
Add carrots or zucchini for more roasted veggies.

Finish with fresh parsley or lemon juice for brightness.
