
Creamy Yogurt Fruit Salad
Sweet, tangy, and refreshing — a perfect mix of fruits coated in smooth, creamy yogurt!
Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries, halved
1 cup seedless grapes (red or green)
1/2 cup blueberries
1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup mandarin orange segments
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
1 cup vanilla or Greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions:
Wash, peel, and slice all fruits as needed.
In a large bowl, mix all the fruits together.
In a separate bowl, combine yogurt and honey/maple syrup (if using).
Pour the yogurt mixture over the fruit and gently stir to coat.
Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.
