Tomato Basil Garlic Bread

Crispy, cheesy, and bursting with fresh summer flavor—this tomato basil garlic bread is the perfect savory snack or appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette or Italian loaf, sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 medium ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Olive oil for drizzling

 Instructions

 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

 Mix butter and minced garlic, then spread onto each bread slice.

 Top with shredded mozzarella, tomato slices, salt, pepper, and herbs.

 Bake 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly, and edges are golden.

 Remove from oven, top with fresh basil and a light olive oil drizzle. Serve warm.
