
Creamy Fruit Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1 banana, sliced
1 cup strawberries, halved
1 cup green grapes
1 cup red grapes
1 orange or mandarin, peeled and segmented
1 cup pineapple chunks or canned (optional)
1 cup vanilla or plain yogurt
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
A squeeze of lemon juice
Instructions:
Wash and cut all fruits into bite-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, honey (if using), and lemon juice.
Gently fold the fruit into the yogurt mixture.
Chill for 15–30 minutes before serving for best flavor!
