Bubble Up Pizza Bake

Ingredients

  • 2- 7.5 ounce cans Refrigerated biscuits see notes
  • 1- 15 ounce jar pizza sauce
  • 2 1/2 cups mozarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 pound Italian sausage
  • 5 ounce package of pepperoni you’ll need about 25 slices
  • 1 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup diced green peppers
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
  • Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
  • Heat a medium skillet on medium-high heat and add the sausage, cook 10 minutes breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Remove to a paper towel to drain.
  • Cut each biscuit into fourths and place into the bottom of the baking dish. Bake 10-12 minutes.
  • Remove the dish from the oven and spread the pizza sauce over the top of the biscuits.
  • Sprinkle 2 cups of the cheese on top followed by the sausage, pepperoni, olives, green peppers and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese on top.
  • Bake 15-20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  • Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top and serve!

Notes

If you can only find Grands you will only need 12 grands biscuits as they are larger. You can also use the frozen Grands biscuits in the bag, just thaw them first.

Try making individual pizzas by putting them into muffins tins.
