Xbox Games Showcase 2024: Date
The 2024 edition of the Xbox Games Showcase takes place on Sunday, June 9.
In some countries such as Australia and Japan, this translates to June 10.
Xbox Games Showcase 2024: Start Time
The Xbox Game Show will begin at 10:00 PT / 13:00 ET / 18:00 BST / 19:00 CET on the 9th.
of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 The Direct will take place immediately after the Xbox Showcase.

We expect the Xbox Games Showcase to last around two hours (including the Call of Duty Direct).
Xbox Games Showcase 2024: How to watch
You can watch the Xbox Games Showcase in a variety of locations, including here on Pure Xbox! We’ll be hosting the 4K, 60 FPS version of the show on the website, as well as opening a live chat room for PX members to discuss the show internally. Just watch for the live thread on the website this Sunday (a few hours before the Event).
If you’d rather watch the show elsewhere, it’ll be live on Xbox’s YouTube, Twitch, and Facebook channels, as well as several Bethesda and Activision channels. Accessibility versions will also be available on the Xbox YouTube channel.
Xbox Games Showcase 2024: Rumors & Leaks
As usual, we’ve already seen plenty of rumors and notable leaks for Xbox Games Showcase 2024. The big two are the planned appearances of a new Gears of War game and a new one PUNISHMENT game, both of which seem pretty nailed down at this point. It’s also widely believed that Xbox will reveal release dates (and possibly closer looks) for the likes of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, It was accepted AND Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.
There are some other rumors that seem more uncertain, such as Perfect darkness reappearance at the show and a white Xbox Series X to be revealed along with a new controller… and of course, we’ll have plenty of surprises too.
What about the “Extended” Xbox Showcase?
It looks like Xbox won’t be running an “Extended” Showcase Xbox Games event like in recent years. Instead, the plan is for the Official Xbox Podcast to offer several deep dives throughout the week starting Monday, June 10.
We’ll keep an eye on these and let you know if anything major is announced, but if you want to check them out for yourself, they’ll be released daily on the Xbox YouTube channel that week.
